Sona D1000 provides 1000IU of Vitamin D3 per tablet. Vitamin D is important for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, cell division and normal muscle function. Vitamin D is also required for the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal blood calcium concentrations, the normal function of the immune system and inflammation response.
How to use
Adults: Take ONE tablet daily with a meal or as directed by your health professional.Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
