CALPOL ® Infant Suspension provides soothing relief from pain and fever for your children, when they need it most. Contains paracetamol. It starts to work on fever in just 15 minutes but is still gentle on delicate tummies. Trusted by parents for over 45 years, CALPOL ® Infant Suspension is gentle enough to use from 2 months to 6 years weighing more than 4kg and not premature. Each pack comes with an easy dose syringe. This strawberry flavoured oral suspension is a pleasant tasting medicine making it easier for children to swallow. This medicine is also free from sugar.

Fever
Sore throat
Aches & pains
Teething pain
Cold Earache
Post-immunisation fever
Preparation and Usage:
For oral use only. Shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before use. Always use the syringe supplied with the pack. Never give more medicine than is shown in the table. Do not exceed the stated doses.
Infants 2–3 months give 2.5ml
Can be given to babies 2-3 months with post-vaccination fever. Can also be given for other causes of pain and fever as long as they weigh over 4kg and are not premature.
Do not give more than 2 doses.
Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
If further doses are needed, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Infants 3–6 months give 2.5ml
Up to 4 times in 24 hours
Infants 6–24 months give 5ml
Up to 4 times in 24 hours
Children 2–4 years give 7.5ml
Up to 4 times in 24 hours
Children 4–6 years give 10ml
Up to 4 doses in 24 hours
For all the dosage information above please remember:
Do not give more than 4 doses in any 24 hour period
Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
Do not give this medicine to your child for more than 3 days without
speaking to your doctor or pharmacist
